So what do The Belles keep in our “gym bags”??? Here are a few must haves for our after workout beauty fix-me-ups! We know how busy we all are- and getting ready for our day after our workouts is no exception. Up for giveaway are some quick fixes that cut down on our after workout routines!

Learned at Certain Dri: ‘Eat and Drink Right: Keep in mind certain foods and beverages can exacerbate an excessive perspiration problem and also cause increased body odor, such as drinks that contain caffeine or foods that contain high amounts of garlic or onions.’ I didn’t know that. Hmmm.
