Affirmations? Clichés? Mantras? Call them what you will, these little sayings help keep us motivated, inspire us and push us to test our limits. Whether it is post-it notes on our mirror or positive words on our clothing, the Belles love to use affirmations to encourage us to stay fit and healthy. We were fortunate to come across these great items that we would love to share with you. Keep reading to find out how you can enter to win these Words to Live By Must-Haves!!!

Girls Can’t What?:

Have you ever been told you can’t do something just because you’re a girl? Did you set out to prove everyone wrong? Of course you did! Why? Because girls can! That’s exactly what the owner of Girls Can’t WHAT? did and why she created the line of products. Girls Can’t WHAT? lives by the mantra that girls CAN. So, what CAN girls do? Anything they want.

Girl’s Can’t WHAT? offers a wide range of design catgories from juggling to boxing, kayaking to wrestling. Girls Can’t What? features products that include buttons, magnets, bumper stickers and mugs. They also carry a wide selection of shirts, tanks, hats and tote bags. Products can also be personalized by adding text.

Lindsey and I both had the pleasure of reviewing the Girls Can’t WHAT? weightlifting tank top. With so many great choices it was difficult for us to choose. But, being strong proponents of weightlifting, and knowing how important strrength training is to staying healthy and fit, we knew we couldn’t go wrong with this tank. So often we hear how women are afraid to weight lift because it wil “make them bulky.” Guess what? Girls CAN and should lift weights! In addition to the great message, the tank is comfortable, fits great and looks great! The Belles can’t go wrong with that! The Belles love to exercise. We love to workout hard and we love when we work up a great sweat – ok, maybe not love, but we do love the awesome sense of accomplishment we get after a great workout. What we don’t love is sweat dripping down our face or hair falling in our eyes while we workout. Lucky for us we found an exercise must-have – Bondi Band.
